I had many coaches and really enjoyed the relationship I created with them. I wanted to help and have that same sense of achievement as my clients and athletes would when they met their goals and became successful teams and individuals.
As a combined specific endurance coach and Strength and Conditioning coach it’s really important for to get across how important a balanced diet is. Carbohydrates, fats and proteins are all completely necessary for performance and having a healthy lifestyle. On top of this knowing safe and legal aids which can help performance is really important for me and my team. Obviously nitrates are incredible at improving your training and racing performances. With the use of these and caffeine I really don’t think I would have produced the results I have and the same goes to all my team and clients. I don’t only tell them they should take it, I teach them why so they understand the process, which makes the implementation much more easier.
Seeing the change in belief in their mindset and morale when they start to achieve to what they first thought was impossible or unreachable.
Invest in a good coach to help you start. They will help you set achievable and realistic goals to start. They will also steer you away from the poor, fake and irresponsible social media posts that can often make you feel low and worthless. A good coach will always take the time to listen to your needs specifically and responsibly.
Well I used to be a Domestic Pro cyclist in the UK and given my time again I would do it again. I still compete at partially high level now in time trialling. However, I used to play ice and inline hockey as a goal keeper, and I would love to do that again and play in the NHL.
Either a nice fresh, crisp winter morning or mild autumnal morning walking the dog at a forest or a beach with my family whilst enjoying a good cappuccino. It’s a lovely way for me to spend time with them outside in the fresh air.
Well, it would have to the constant research that is being produced about its benefits. There is clear proof that it does improve your performance regardless of your discipline. From aerobic sports such as time trialling and triathlon, to intermittent and power sports such as rugby and Olympic lifting, the research is clearly there to see.
If you are passionate and determined to be at top of your game and you are already using other supplements such as caffeine and creatine and not a Beet It nitrate supplement, you seriously need to start. My performance and my team’s performances are incredible since they started using the shots. Pre-loading before races and using as a supplement for harder more intense training sessions has made a big improvement in stamina, reducing accumulated fatigue during high bouts of efforts and ultimately winning races.
