About us
Zingers is part of James White Drinks, a family-owned maker of organic fruit and vegetable juices. We've been crafting brilliant juices since 1989 at our home, Whites Fruit Farms in Ashbocking, in the heart of Suffolk.

Part of the James White family
Good drinks run in the family.
James White began in 1989 when Lawrence Mallinson set out to make distinctive English apple juices. From Bramley, Cox and Russet apples, the family business grew into a home for fruit juices, vegetable juices and drinks with a personality of their own.
Based at Whites Fruit Farm in Ashbocking since 1992, that same Suffolk team is behind Zinger today. Different drinks, shared roots: carefully chosen ingredients and a love of bold flavour.

1989
Our Suffolk roots
Lawrence Mallinson starts James White Drinks with English apple juices made from Bramley, Cox and Russet apples.

1992
A home at Whites Fruit Farm
The business moves to Ashbocking in Suffolk, where James White Drinks is still based today.

2009
Beet It gets its name
Organic beetroot juice, first made in 2005, becomes Beet It. Beet It Sport follows in 2010.

2011
The family grows
Thorncroft joins James White, bringing its range of hedgerow-inspired cordials into the family.

2015
The original Zing
We launched Zingers – little shots with a big Zing! – in 2015, the original ginger and turmeric shots in the UK.

2026
Meet Zinger+
In September 2026 we rebranded and introduced our functional Zinger+ range: shots high in the vitamins and minerals that matter, making it easy to boost your health the natural way.

You might already know a few members of the family. Alongside Zinger, James White makes everything from beetroot shots and spiced tomato juice to fruit refreshers and hedgerow-inspired cordials.
Beet It
Organic beetroot juices and concentrated shots, including the Beet It Sport range for active lives.
Big Tom
A distinctive spiced tomato juice. Enjoy it chilled on its own or as the base for a Bloody Mary.
James White Refreshers
Lemon, ginger and rhubarb drinks with plenty of character. The refreshed range from Great Uncle Cornelius.
Thorncroft
Hedgerow-inspired cordials, from wild elderflower to autumn rosehip. A different way to enjoy the family’s love of flavour.
