Monthly subscriptions

Eligible products can be ordered on a Monthly subscription with a 15% saving against their one-time purchase price. There is no minimum number of orders on this plan. The product page and checkout show the selected quantity, recurring price, monthly schedule and any delivery charge.

A subscription creates repeat orders and authorises recurring payments. It is different from a one-time purchase. Review your selection before completing checkout.

Manage or cancel online

Go to Manage subscriptions and sign in if prompted. You can cancel your subscription, pause or resume it, change the next order date, and add products. Any available frequency choices are shown in the portal; Monthly is the current plan offered at checkout.

To stop future renewals, use the cancellation option in the portal and complete the steps shown. You do not need to email us to cancel through the portal. If you cannot access your subscription or need help, email hello@zingershots.co.uk with your order details.

When to make changes

Automatic renewal processing is scheduled for midnight (00:00), Europe/London time, on the scheduled order date. To change or stop an upcoming renewal, make your change before midnight at the start of that date.

If processing has already started, contact us about the affected order. Cancelling future renewals does not itself cancel an order already created or dispatched. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected; see our refund policy.

Prices, payments and availability

The recurring price and delivery charges are shown when you subscribe. Any changes to your subscription must be communicated in accordance with the applicable contract terms and law. If a payment fails, our payment or subscription provider may contact you or retry the payment.

If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the affected order. We will not replace it with a materially different product without your agreement.

Delivery

The Monthly plan determines how often orders repeat. It does not guarantee delivery on a particular calendar day. Delivery charges and free-shipping eligibility are assessed for each order. See our shipping policy.
